Our policy regarding cancellation, returns and refunds is simple. We endeavor to provide personal service and customer satisfaction. Thus all services are provided on a month to month basis (no contract).

If you are ever not fully satisfied with our services we will diligently work with you to resolve the issue or provide a refund. If you would like to cancel services we simply ask for a 30 day notice to discontinue service and billing.

If you would like to return products purchased as part of a project we require this to be done in advance of 30 days from purchase as we do not carry inventory and only purchase products on an as needed basis. We also require all original packaging and products to be in like new condition as this is what is required by our vendors.
